Every element was selected to capture the light and frame the water views. The house feels seamlessly integrated into its natural surroundings, with sweeping views, a muted palette, and layers of limestone, reclaimed oak, copper, and deconstructed finishes. This rich foundation perfectly reflects the shared ethos between KS Studio Design’ approach and Mediterranean values: authenticity, local design, lasting fabrication, and quality materials.
A design full of nuances
The home strikes a balance between decorative details and artisanal elements, incorporating hand-finished objects alongside robust materials. The overall design is full of nuance. The house celebrates its heritage by effortlessly blending period features, collected objects and modern appliances. A thoughtful mix of materials and textures adds depth, warmth and a tactile richness.

Paint colors
Nature holds the palette of the home, guiding the organic color story. Soft whites, earthy neutrals and blues are drawn from the delicate hues of sea oats and sand. Brown tones, inspired by driftwood, weathered rocks, and sturdy tree trunks, take center stage in handcrafted furniture made from oak and pine. A satin paint finish was selected for its ability to diffuse natural light adding depth and dimension, creating shadows and a soft shimmer that responds to the ever-changing Mediterranean light.
